Vanaf het moment dat je binnenstapt, valt de servicegerichte houding van het personeel op. Je wordt hartelijk ontvangen en de communicatie is vlekkeloos; een van de personeelsleden spreekt zelfs uitstekend Engels, wat het voor internationale gasten zeer toegankelijk maakt. De kwaliteit van het eten is onberispelijk. Elk gerecht dat we bestelden, van de voorgerechten tot de desserts, was bereid met aandacht voor detail en gepresenteerd op een manier die zowel het oog als de smaakpapillen prikkelt. Benquerencia de la Serena es un lugar precioso, perfecto para disfrutar, especialmente en el restaurante de la Panadería, que ofrece unas tapas espectaculares y un ambiente rodeado de naturaleza en su estado más puro. Vengo desde las Islas Canarias hasta aquí con orgullo, por la tradición y por mi familia que es de esta tierra. Espero que el lugar siga creciendo y mejorando sus servicios. Suerte!!!

Estuvimos comiendo hace unos días en La Panadería, en Benquerencia de la Serena. Lo primero, hay sitio para aparcar al lado del restaurante. Los salones son pequeños pero bonitos y acogedores. Comimos 6 personas por unos 120 euros y todo estaba buenísimo. Pedimos ensalada mixta, huevos rotos, solomillo, peladilla y varios postres (tartufos de diferentes sabores, tarta red velvet y cafés). Indicar que tenían cerveza sin gluten y que se muestran atentos a las intolerancias de los comensales, cosa que se agradece mucho. Los vinos estaban buenos. Raciones abundantes y muy ricas. Y todas salieron en su momento justo, sin esperas pero sin meter prisa. Quiero destacar la atención de los camareros, muy educados y correctos. En especial, quiero hablar de la camarera de Esparragosa, una mujer encantadora que hizo aún más agradable nuestra visita al restaurante. Sin duda, repetiremos.
